Can I change the personalisation on my gift?

Please contact us asap if you made a mistake or you want to make changes with your personalisation. All personalised gifts go to production as soon as your order placed, therefore we cannot guarantee any changes.

What is your delivery charges?

Sent via 2nd Class Mail for only £3.99.

*1st CLASS

Sent via 1st Class Mail for only £4.99.

*NEXT WORKING DAY

Orders received by 2 pm Monday to Friday, sent via courier tracked service for only £7.99. Delivery for Mon to Fri only.

*SATURDAY DELIVERY

Orders received by 2 pm Monday to Friday, sent via courier tracked service for only £9.99. Delivery Saturday only.

*SUNDAY SUNDAY

Orders received by 2 pm Monday to Friday, sent via courier tracked service for only £9.99. Delivery Sunday only.

*EUROPE & IRELAND

The cost for delivery to European countries is calculated based on the destination. Please allow approx. 2-5 working days from dispatch, however, this is not guaranteed.

We deliver to Europe including Ireland.

Do you offer next day delivery services?.

Yes, we do offer next working day delivery on most products.

When will I receive my order?

All our products despatch time is specified on individual product pages. We can not guarantee a specific delivery date for Royal Mail. In general, items are received within 1-3 days after despatch. However with our courier services your order will be delivered the day after despatch (Excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays).

My order never arrived!

If you are a registered customer, click the "My Account" link at the top right-hand side of our site to track your order status. Click "View Order". If you order displays "Dispatched", please check with your local sorting office for 1st & 2nd Class Deliveries before contacting us. For next day and express deliveries, then please contact us. If your order shows a status of "Processing", please contact us customer service for assistance.

Item missing from my order.

Log in to your account and be sure that all of the items have been shipped already. If you order displays "Dispatched", please check with your local sorting office for 1st Class Deliveries before contacting us. If the item still shows a status of "Processing", please don't hesitate to contact us.

My item(s) arrived damaged

If your item(s) arrived damaged during transit, please take a photo of the item(s) and email us at help@personalisedweddinggifts.co.uk and we will replace the item immediately.

I would like to return an item

Please contact us if you are returning an item. Please note that we cannot accept returns for the customised and perishable products.

Is my information safe with you?

Your payment details are entered directly onto secure servers. We do not see or hold your credit card details at any stage during the transaction to ensure you have security and peace of mind.
