Can I change the personalisation on my gift?
Please Contact Us asap if you made a mistake or you want to make changes with your personalisation. All personalised gifts go to production as soon as your order placed, therefore we cannot guarantee any changes.
What is your delivery charges?
Standard Delivery cost is only £2.95 and offer Free Delivery on orders over £30. Premium, Next Working Day and Express Delivery available at an extra cost Please Contact Us if you require a quick delivery). Please see individual product descriptions for dispatch times and delivery information.
Do you deliver overseas?.
No, currently we don't deliver overseas.
Do you offer next day delivery services?.
Yes, we do offer next day & express delivery on most products. Please Contact Us if you require express or next day delivery.
When will I receive my order?
All our products despatch time is specified on individual product pages. We can not guarantee a specific delivery date for 1st Class royal Mail. In general, items are received within 1-2 days after despatch. However with our courier services your order will be delivered the day after despatch (Excluding Weekends and Bank Holidays).
My order never arrived!
If you are a registered customer, click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order status. Click "View Order". If you order displays "Dispatched", please check with your local sorting office for 1st Class Deliveries before contacting us. For next day and express deliveries, then please Contact Us. If your order shows a status of "Processing", please Contact Us customer service for assistance.

If your item(s) arrived damaged during transit, please take a photo of the item(s) and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will replace the item immediately.
